While doing research on this player you can often encounter extreme opinions about him โ from delight to hate. Whatever the truth is, one thing is beyond doubt โ Li Dao is a precursor of tibian fan art and designing items using pixel art.

He designed official fansite items which were implemented into the game, such as:
- Orc’s Jaw Shredder
- Dread Doll
- Doll of Durin The Almighty
On the left you can see his concept of the Dread Doll and below the original sprite you could see in Tibia:
Li Dao is most known for his work on the item Nightmare Doll, which was introduced into the game as an exception, since it didn’t take first place!

He is also the author of many other variations of classic items known from Tibia, such as Demon Helmet, Magic Plate Armor, Golden Boots etc.
Pixel art is not the only field in which he achieved success. He made many graphics and themes for fansites, for which he won awards for being on the podium.
